Built with the people who use it.
Every SafetyOS product has been shaped by the infection control nurses, quality managers and clinical teams who use it, in hospitals across Asia and beyond. They tell us what slows them down, and we build what helps.

how we work with you
One conversation. No handoffs.
Every hospital gets its own WhatsApp group with our support team and engineers in it. When an issue turns technical, an engineer picks it up with the full context already there. No ticket queues, and nobody has to repeat the story.
Replies in minutes.
Questions are usually answered within minutes, by people who know your hospital and your setup. Email gets a reply the same day.
Built with you, shared with everyone.
When a hospital asks for a feature that would help others, we build it and give it to every customer at no extra cost.
Live in under four weeks.
For the audit products, with no integration needed.
Patient identifiers never go into support chats. How we protect your data: IT and security →

our vision
One ecosystem for quality care.
Our vision is a single ecosystem for hospitals to deliver quality healthcare to every patient.
A patient doesn't experience your departments. They experience one hospital: the ward, the theatre, the pharmacy, the discharge. Quality happens, or doesn't, across all of them.
Yet the systems behind that care are separate. The clinical record sits in one place. Safety, risk, quality, infection prevention and theatre scheduling sit in others, or on paper.
We're building one ecosystem for all of it. Hospitals start with the product that solves their most pressing problem, and each one they add makes the others more valuable, because they share one picture of the hospital. The goal is simple: every hospital able to deliver safe, quality care to every patient, and able to show it.
One system for quality.
Hospitals have one system of record for clinical data. Safety, risk and quality deserve the same: one platform, sitting next to the HIS.
Connected, not added.
Not another point solution, but one operating system where every product makes the others more valuable.
Patient first.
Every product has to pass one test: does it improve what the patient gets? Safer care, better outcomes, the care patients value.
